This is a basic headset, no noise cancellation. Ear loop is VERY fragile, and you have to remove it to charge the unit, so be very careful. You can't argue with the price, though. My loop broke and I called Samsung parts department and asked if they would send a new one for no charge - which they did. Good service once I got to the right person.

this is the most comfortable bluetooth I've ever used, and the sound quality is GREAT!

I think this is the best bluetooth headset for the money. The sound quality is excellent, the battery life is very good. I have successfully paired it with an iPhone, a RAZR, and a Samsumg BlackJack.
