Rating  - I have a question???
Any could tell me if this DVD can display DVD region 2 PAL format? Thanks for your help.
Rating  - Does The Job
The Sony does a good job as advertised with no problems. Can't say the same with my previous DVD player. Appreciate playing a disk and knowing that it will work as it should.
Rating - sony dvd player
great product, I have had nothing but bad luck with dvd players for years. This one however is awesome, no skips, doesn't overheat, has a screan saver function, is easy to use and the price is great for a namebrand product. Highly recommend this player for anyone who just wants to sit and watch some movies with no hassles.
Rating - So far, so good.
I haven't had this DVD player for very long, but it works perfectly. Very reasonable price. I appreciate the fact that the manufacturer included RCAs with the player. No problems yet. If I do have any problems, I'll change my review.
Rating  - Tough to beat
The Sony DVP-NS57P/S DVD player turned out to be a perfect fit for our small Phillips flat screen. We just wanted to be able to watch DVDs in another room without a lot of hassle and expense. So far, so good! We set the TV right on top of the space-saving Sony DVD and the two of them take up no space at all. Performance of the player has been exemplary. And as usual, Amazon's ordering and shipping were terrific. The player arrived much sooner than expected, even choosing the free shipping option.
If you're looking for a basic, quality player from a top brand at a small price, I don't think you can go wrong.
