Rating  - But the image is great....
I bougth the TV and base from Amazon before the New Year. The base showed up but the TV didn't. Amazon said they didn't know what happened and made me repurchase the TV. I waited another week for it to arrive. 5 days after arrival, the screen started messing up. Amazon wouldn't help me because they don't work with TV's this size after they have shipped them out, but said I had to deal with Mitsubishi. I have now been in contact with the manufacturer for several days, who have in turn put me in contact with a local electronics repair service. Ive been dealing with them for a few days now...But the image is great.
Rating  - a much for matching DLP TV
bought this base with the matching DLP TV, looks awesome! if you buy the matching DLP i highly recommend getting this matching base!

Fits, and looks great with the 73 inch TV I purchased with it.....Really makes the tv stand out even more......
Rating - My review
Great stand! Comes pretty much assembled, except fot the shelf. I read in another review there were only two shelves. TRUE! But the shelves are 5' 6" wide and 8" high! I have my DVD, Bose Wave and digital cable receiver on top, Onkyo receiver (surroud sound), Onkyo center surround sound speaker and RCA VCR on the bottom. What else is there! I am in work on putting a black piece of cloth to cover the back of the unit to hide all the wires/plugs. This shelf does not "dip" with the Mitsubishi 73" DLP HTV that it was made for. Now if you put on the old style tube tv that weighs 800 pounds, it might, but this stand was made for a certain set of TV's..right?
