Rating - Fabulous TV!!
I received my TV on Sept. 26. I cannot say one negative thing about the TV or the remote that some people have found to be troublesome. The picture is just amazing, the sound is great. I was going to purchase the 46" 550 series but backed off due to comments regarding the sound. Glad I went for the extra $$$ for the 650 series. The delivery from CEVA was not as great. They showed up as scheduled and brought the TV in and set it up in no time, but between them hooking it up wrong and the HD cable box not working correctly, I was not able to get HDTV until Saturday which required a visit from my cable company. It was clear that the delivery guys, though nice, were in a rush to get out and move on. I felt they were more concerned about making sure they got a gratuity, than making sure the TV was set up properly. All in all, this was a good experience. If you go this route just make sure your TV is up and running before the delivery guys leave your house.

Have had the Samsung LCD for over a month & very satisfied with all aspects.
What surprised me the most was the delivery from Amazon & set-up of the television ! I was expecting a UPS guy to just drop a box off. Instead a private delivery contractor came and even connected the TV & made sure everthing was working, before I signed. The box & packaging materials were even taken away (was offered option to keep in case I needed to return).
Ordering through Amazon was great !
Rating - Great TV but with a glossy screen
We ordered this TV and got the free white glove shipping--a nice touch. The picture is great and we love the features. We use Direct TV, so we had them install an HD/DVR and we have about as good a deal for watching programs as we can imagine. I plan to hook the TV into our network so we can view pictures without having to put them on a flash drive and plug them into the TV. This is a terrific TV.
We have only one complaint. After looking at many models, we decided we wanted a matte finish on the screen. We have our TV in a bright room with lots of windows. Samsung used to tell more about the screen covering in last years models. I assumed that this medium end TV would have a matte screen. I was wrong--it is glossy. The picture is so bright and the contrast is so good that we really don't see the reflections that are there. Thanks Amazon and Samsung.
Rating - Totally Satisfied!
Great product at a great price! Only downfall is that Amazon has dropped their price daily on this, I purchased a month ago and price has dropped on this almost $200.
