The stylus falls out of the PDA and gets lost. The black tip does not secure itself in the shaft of the PDA and falls out of the PDA. Rating - Tip Came Off This company is an excellent company to work with. The tip for the stylus/pen came off and the stylus got stuck. We had to use tweezers to get it out. It could have been that mine was just bad. Rating - Don't order from this company Based on my experience and other reviews, they will not help with any issues if you contact them. I had to email repeatedly, eventually getting angry before they replied. Their reply was canned and very irritating. I ordered 3 of these at once and had my shipping charge tripled. 3 of these stylus' weigh less than an ounce and are shipped in the same container as 1.
