The gel ear buds do not stay on the headset. To put them on and take them off, you put the bud in the "neutral" position then push it on and then twist it to the right or left, depending upon which ear you prefer. Rating - Bluetooth This was for my husband. He said that he had trouble with his connections but we did not know if it was the product, where he was at the time of using it or if it was the other parties connection.
