One of the best item i had shop. 1 A ++ Rating - Great unit if you install right I have not had the above problems if you call tech support you will find that the park brake wire must be connected or grounded to make the dvd player work.It is against the law to watch a dvd in a moving vehicle. My sd card works faster than a cd ,but the sd card menu is hard to read and ONLY a 30 warranty.Still for the options you get its a good deal,considering some other makers want $600. for the dvd player only. Rating - No Luck The cd player and sd does NOT work. The only thing that works is the USB memory stick reader and the radio. No luck getting in touch with tech support.
