I called customer support and they said that I have to contact the manufacturer for the warranty. That's horrible customer support so just stay away from these guys. Rating - HTC Battery for T-Mobile Dash I got exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion, at an excellent price. What more could you ask for? Rating - Original battery for lot less..!! I was a bit skeptical initially while ordering, but this is the "Original" battery for sure(The sticker on the battery is same as the one on my original Dash battery..!!).
