Because of it's plastic design, it holds in moisture that caused my Clix to stop working at one point. I took it out of the case and left it out overnight and the next morning it worked fine. I've stopped using it since then, and I won't be using it in the future. I would not recommend this case to anyone. Rating - Love it I purchased a number of Creative Zen Micros (for myself and family members) in the past, and the user interface worked well with some and very poorly with others.
