I recently bought the Sansa Clip. The screen is great, and the sound quality is terrific. However, the player has some problems:

1. The battery indicator on my Sansa Clip is defective. The indicator always shows the battery as uncharged, even when the battery is fully charged. As a result, I have no way of knowing when a recharge is needed. I subsequently and found out that battery problems are very common with this product.

I received this for my birthday & love it. It's my first MP3 player ever & have found it to be very newbie friendly. I had to go to sandisks website & upload the instructions for it, but no big deal. It doesn't seem to have but about a 4-5 hour battery, but again buy the car charger for it & you're good to go. Very easy to get music on & off, holds alot. I have more than 500 songs on it & still has room for more, have moved whole playlists (more than 10 songs) to it at one time with ... Read More

I love the player, it's small and easy to use BUT it came with a disc to install rhapsody to download music. Rhapsody didn't work on my computer at all--it kept freezing it up. So my son used it on his to download some music. I didn't realize at the time that we would have to pay $15 per month to keep using the songs that we were made to believe we downloaded for free.
