Your newer Ipods will not play the videos over any of these cheap cables. There are a few non-Apple cables that work, but they are going to be in the > $40 range. Rating - Works Perfectly This cable works perfectly with the iPod Nano 3rd generation player. Video audio work great, clean picture on our 46" LCD TV. This cable does not work correctly with the iPhone 3G, nor is it advertised to do so. On the iPhone 3G, playback starts and then goes black after 10-60 seconds as I had expected. I'm hoping the company will soon have a working cable for the iPhone 3G. Rating - not what you think Item is exactly as described.
